TBYP1系列隔爆型變頻調(diào)速三相永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)必須與矢量變頻器配套使用,本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子采用內(nèi)置式永磁體結(jié)構(gòu),具有一定的凸級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速。配套使用大轉(zhuǎn)矩/電流比控制方式的變頻器,使該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)在全調(diào)速范圍內(nèi)都具有較高的功率因數(shù)、空載電流,工作電流較小、銅耗較低:轉(zhuǎn)子上嵌入永磁體后,在正常工作時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子與定子磁場(chǎng)同步運(yùn)行,轉(zhuǎn)子繞組無(wú)感應(yīng)電流,不存在轉(zhuǎn)子電阻和磁滯損耗,提高了電機(jī)效率:電動(dòng)機(jī)在35%-120%的負(fù)荷下工作時(shí),效率、功率因數(shù)都很高,節(jié)能效果明顯。

The TBYP1 series explosion-proof variable frequency speed regulation three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor must be used in conjunction with a vector frequency converter. The rotor of this series of motors adopts a built-in permanent magnet structure and has a certain convex speed. The frequency converter equipped with a high torque/current ratio control method enables this series of motors to have high power factor, no-load current, low working current, and low copper consumption throughout the entire speed range. After embedding permanent magnets in the rotor, the rotor and stator magnetic fields operate synchronously during normal operation, with no induced current in the rotor winding, no rotor resistance or hysteresis loss, improving the motor efficiency. When the motor operates at a load of 35% -120%, the efficiency and power factor are both high, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
